What are the different modes of shopping?



You can reserve and shop the saree and other verities through our website www.no1fashioncollection.com or at any of our stores namely “NO1 FASHION COLLECTION” situated at Near Rajgad Bhakt Niwas, Dharashiv Road, Tuljapur District - Dharashiv pin code - 413601 Maharashtra.

 


How can I reserve my saree?


Yes, you can reserve your favourite saree. To do so, you need to visit the website namely www.no1fashioncollection.com. You can see the saree option in collection right side on the top. Click on it to reserve your saree. Fill up the form and make the payment of rupees 50/-. Please note that you can only reserve the saree after visiting our store to personally or through the representative to inspect and approve it.



 

What are the terms, conditions, and procedures for purchasing a saree or a saree combo?

 

SAREE OR COMBO OF SAREES OFFER SCHEME - Details

 

To avail of the saree or combo of sarees, SAREE OR COMBO OF SAREES OFFER SCHEME the following terms and conditions apply:

 

A.  You must share this Instagram Reel with ten people including friends, relatives, and others on Instagram. These recipients should be located outside the Tuljapur Taluka region (i.e., in other villages or other states). Following our Instagram page and liking the Reel are mandatory requirements.

 

B.   Additionally, you must share this Instagram Reel with ten contacts—including friends, relatives, and others—via WhatsApp. These recipients should be located outside the Tuljapur Taluka region (i.e., in other villages or other states).

 

C.  You are also required to share this Instagram Reel in two WhatsApp groups. The members of these groups should be friends, relatives, or others located outside the Tuljapur Taluka region (i.e., in other villages or other states).

 

D.  Furthermore, you must share this Instagram Reel on Facebook with friends, relatives, and others located outside the Tuljapur Taluka region (i.e., in other villages or other states).

 

E.   Payment of subscription of the App namely MY LIFE RULES app of 1,999/- (IN WORDS - ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE) is mandatory. If you choose not to make the payment of subscription, the price of the saree or the combo of sarees will be more than 3,000.

 

F.   You can book the saree of your choice online. The saree will be made available within fifteen days from the date of booking, and updates regarding the availability of sarees via the WhatsApp group. You may pick up your saree thereafter within 7 days.

 

G.  The specific saree you booked may not necessarily be available at our store; you will have to select a saree or combo of sarees, from the stock currently available in the store.

 

 

What are the charges for reserving a saree?



There is a mandatory and non-refundable processing fee of rupees 50 to reserve a saree.

 

What happens after reserving the saree?



After you reserve the saree, we will make it available at our store within the next fifteen days. We will provide updates regarding the saree's availability via our WhatsApp group. You are then required to pay the remaining balance and collect your reserved saree within the following seven days.

 

What is the policy regarding the returns, refunds, and order cancellations?


To purchase Banarasi sarees, Paithani sarees, or other varieties from our website “www.no1fashioncollection.comand store namely “NO.1 FASHION COLLECTION” you must first reserve the desired saree through our website. Before reserving a saree, you are required to visit our store to personally inspect it. A mandatory processing fee of 50 (payable in cash or online) is required to reserve the saree. A mandatory processing fee of 50 is non-refundable.

 

We will make the reserved saree available at the store within fifteen days and notify you of its arrival via our WhatsApp group. Once the saree is available, you may purchase it—either in person or through a representative—by visiting the store, inspecting the saree, and paying the remaining balance. Alternatively, For the convenience and benefit of both parties and with the mutual consent of both parties, and upon payment of 500 for shipping charges, we can courier the saree to your specified address.

 

Please note that once purchased, the saree cannot be returned or exchanged, and the order cannot be cancelled. Consequently, we have made no provisions for returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, as the need for such actions does not arise.

 

What is the policy regarding order shipping?

•         Delivery time generally ranges from 3–10 working days, depending on the location.

•         Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

•         Tracking information will be provided after the order is shipped (if applicable).

•         The customer will be held responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect address.

 

Can I change my delivery address post placing an order?

 

Unfortunately, you cannot change the address once the saree is shipped.

 

Are my personal details kept private?

No. You can purchase the saree after paying the full amount. We will make the reserved saree available at the store within fifteen days and notify you of its arrival via our WhatsApp group. Once the saree is available, you may purchase it—either in person or through a representative—by visiting the store, inspecting the saree, and paying the remaining balance. Alternatively, For the convenience and benefit of both parties and with the mutual consent of both parties, and upon payment of 500 for shipping charges, we can courier the saree to your specified address.

 

How can I track my order?



Once the full payment for the saree and the courier charges of 500 have been made, we will dispatch the saree within 1-3 days via courier to your specified address within one to three days. We will share the courier tracking ID with you via WhatsApp, allowing you to track your saree online.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?



We deliver to select Indian Cities. We endeavour to deliver orders within 3 to 10 Business days (excludes public holidays).

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?



We will not exchange or replace the saree if it is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during courier transit. Regarding defects, since you or your representative personally selected the saree at our store, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
