POLICY
To
purchase Banarasi sarees, Paithani sarees, or other varieties from our website
and store, you must first reserve the desired saree through our website. Before
reserving a saree, you are required to visit our store to personally inspect
it. A mandatory processing fee of ₹50
(payable in cash or online) is required to reserve the saree. A mandatory
processing fee of ₹50 is non-refundable.
We will
make the reserved saree available at the store within fifteen days and notify
you of its arrival via our WhatsApp group. Once the saree is available, you may
purchase it—either in person or through a representative—by visiting the store,
inspecting the saree, and paying the remaining balance. Alternatively, For the
convenience and benefit of both parties and with the mutual consent of both
parties, and upon payment of ₹500 for shipping charges, we can
courier the saree to your specified address.
Delivery is available across India.
• Orders are typically processed within
1–3 working days.
• Delivery time generally ranges from
3–10 working days, depending on the location.
• Delays may occur during festive seasons
or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking information will be provided
after the order is shipped (if applicable).
• The customer will be held responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect address.
